BICYCLE REPAIR MAN repairs bikes! But we also have a large showroom of new cycles with eighty plus cycles on display at any time, with many more in stock. Most importantly, all our new cycles come to you completely prepared from our workshop. (Being a repair shop we know all the tricks of how to set up cycles correctly!). We also provide a free first service for your new cycle - and being local to you and with easy parking you'll actually get this done.

Choose also from our full selection of accessories such as lights, pumps, bottles etc. There is also an extensive clothing range, plus helmets. We have all the knowledge to help you with what you do and don't need.

Our cycle makes include GIANT, LOOK, Dahon folding bikes, Diamondback/Free Agent BMX and others.
You can choose from a basic leisure cycle for pottering along the Tyne (around £160) to a high performance Mountain Bike or superlight road cycle custom builds costing £6000, with everything in between.

Remember, we're on hand for any after sales adjustments or service you need.

Our cycle repairs workshop has three permanent workstands for building and repairing bicycles. We undertake all common bicycle repairs except frame brazing and welding. We will happily do a puncture repair one moment, followed by a service on a Dura-Ace equipped road bike the next; fitting stabilisers to a kiddy's cycle in the morning and replacing the forks on a £3000 racing mountain bike in the afternoon.

Of course we use our own bikes all the time. Commuting to work by cycle obviously, but also racing both on and off road. And the normal family pleasures of going out with the kids.
